We collect limited personal information that you provide when requesting product access, such as your name, business email, company, and the region you operate in. We also gather product analytics and usage telemetry in aggregated form to improve reliability.
How we use information
Your details are used to administer accounts, communicate product updates, and provide customer support. Aggregated usage data informs product decisions, incident response, and roadmap prioritisation. We do not sell your data.
Data residency & retention
Core infrastructure is hosted in Singapore with backups stored within compliant APAC regions. We retain customer data only as long as required for contractual or legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@paddly.ai.
Third-party services
We rely on select processors (such as Cloudflare, logging, and analytics vendors) to operate the platform. Each partner adheres to comparable security controls and does not have permission to use your data for independent purposes.
Your rights
You may access, update, or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@paddly.ai. We respond to verified requests within 30 days in accordance with Singapore PDPA.
