Please review these terms before using our products or engaging with the paddly.ai platform.
2. Use of services
You may only use our services for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and for the actions performed under them.
3. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and product assets remain the exclusive property of Paddly.io Pte. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute proprietary materials without written consent.
4. Confidentiality
Beta features, pilot programs, and shared research are confidential unless explicitly marked otherwise. Participants must protect sensitive information and notify us immediately of unauthorised disclosures.
5. Warranties & liability
Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paddly disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be handled exclusively within Singapore jurisdiction.
